Briefly, for those who don't know what it is...
In 1994, Canadian journalist Serge Monast presented a comprehensive and well-documented paper on the NASA Blue Beam project.
It is about the audio-visual manipulation of humans to gain control over their minds. Artificial holographic simulations of UFOs, the faces of saints and its "legalization" is one of the points of this project.
There are secret plans to project holograms of the messiah using satellite lasers to simulate the Second Coming and convince believers that the ascension is taking place.
Every area will have its own messiah - Mohammed, Buddha, etc. Everyone will hear the voice of the messiah in their head, speaking in their own language.
The goal: to sow mass panic and create one world religion.
It's integral role creates the illusionary holographic objects around you. Similar To Hollywood's CGI, Project Blue Beam's projected Planes & Trains have an artificial computer graphic look.
The movement in the Matrix system is translated from the 'electrical' signals in your mind. This creates the illusion of movement in the environment the "dome."
