Chem Trails / HAARP
Chem Trails are visible trails left in the sky by an aircraft believed by many to consist of chemical or biological agents released as part of a covert operation, rather than the condensed water of a vapor trail, a.k.a. Con Trails.
HAARP, an acronym for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, has been implicated in everything from mind control to extreme weather like hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, and tornadoes since the project's origins in the early ’90s.
